IHOP's Original Buttermilk Pancakes are mixed fresh in-store from a buttermilk-based batter with eggs, flour, sugar, leavening and oil. They are cooked on a flat-top griddle at about 375°F until golden and served with a scoop of whipped real butter.
Pancakes are sold à la carte (3 stack for around $5.99), in combos with eggs and meat (2 x 2 x 2 starting around $9.99) or as part of Family Feasts that bring 8 to 16 cakes for sharing. You can swap Original for Strawberry, Chocolate Chip or seasonal varieties.
